[gtkada] Build from source code

Seems like this question would be better asked on a gtk+ mailing list, where you are more
likely to have people who routinely do these kind of builds. GtkAda users are mostly
expected to use the binaries, so I doubt many of them recompile the C libraries, only
the Ada part.
