[gtkada] Src/misc.c patch proposal.

Hello,

the dummy code 'ada_gdk_move_pointer' and 'ada_gdk_get_window_id' for MacOS Tiger is no more useful for Snow Leopard.
It is linking and working with real code.
From GTKAda GPL 2012 built on MacOS 10.6 with GNAT GPL 2012 for Darwin x86_64.

Here is a patch proposal in attached file.
