[gtkada] Building GTKAda testgtk on Debian (Sid)

>From our point of view, we still have users relying on GtkExtra, so we are still
including bindings to GtkExtra in GtkAda-2, along with the corresponding
examples in testgtk.

Contrary to what we were thinking, the GtkExtra team is working on a port to
Gtk3, so we might even include some bindings to GtkExtra in GtkAda-3 (based on
Gtk3).

If the Debian community judges that GtkExtra is not useful, reviving
no_gtkextra.patch seems reasonable.
