[gtkada] Action

i would like to simplify my source code when i have a button and a menu that do the same thing

i understood that the package Action has been done for that :-)
but i find its usage not very clear,

Is there somewhere a tutorial to use it, please ?
for example, i don't know at all what i should give for "Name", i don't understand how it is handled
