I guess this link refers to a very outdated version. Also this page does
not look much up to date, because it mentions the version 2.8, while the
actual GPL version is 2.10. (I cannot tell for the Pro version, ask AdaCore
guys, if you have GNAT Pro.)

If you go to the Libre site, follow the link "GNAT GPL download area."
There you choose your platform and "2007." Then you will be able to
download GtkAda 2.10 sources.

(They are not so easy to install under Windows as under Linux. So if you
want Windows you can get an unofficial binary release from:

   http://www.ada-ru.org/win_bin_en)

GtkAda 2.10 was published there (in sources) and the example is a part of.
It is located under:

   <gtkada-install-dir>/share/examples/gtkada/tutorial/gtkdial/
