[gtkada] Using Pixbuf and Libart with Windows

Hi,

I'm using Gtkada 1.3 under W2k with Gnat 3.14p. Could someone explain
what I have to do to get the Image manipulation part of testgtk to
work? It is not getting build because I don't have gdk-pixbuf and
libart installed. I googled around and only found references to libart
on the Mingw32 project page. Where do I get a Gnat/Mingw32 compatible
gdk-pixbuf?
