[GAP] MaRTE OS Technical Insights Seminar, Paris, 28 September 05

The seminar was very interesting (thanks again to Michael Gonzalez and
Mario Aldea) and well received.

One of the outcomes of the seminar has been the the establishment of a
collaboration framework between the University of Cantabria and AdaCore
for the development and integration of a run time on top of MaRTE OS
with support for:

  - Annex D (real-time) semantics

  - new Ada 2005 real-time capabilities

  - application-defined schedulers

(application-defined schedulers are not part of Ada 2005 but it is a
very appealing technology)

University of Cantabria will make available soon a preliminary version
of this run time (together with MaRTE OS) on Linux.
