[AWS] make AWS on Windows for Gnat 2014 gives 'gps: No such file or directory'

For GPL 2014 it is probably still ok even though the *important* setup
with Cygwin is that the Windows directoty where AWS is built must
correspond to the Cygwin one. That is, the mount must match. It is now
easy to build with MSYS I suppose. But I cannot comment further as I
have left the Windows world since a long time now. 

For next release the Windows shell script should make the job easier for
Windows people.
