Thanks for the clarification! I added a patch which removes gnatprfh
from the install target in the Makefile.

Yes, we are now able to build dynamic polyorb CORBA libraries with
correct Library_Versions and SONAMES set.

After the initial upload of the package is done, I would be very
interested to work with you guys to integrate the patches we created so
far into the upstream branch. This would facilitate the build process of
further Debian packages a lot.
