Attention PolyORB/DSA users, the API for the DSA applicative personality
has just been updated in the change referenced above. This change requires
a matching compiler update.

Note that this only applies to users of the Ada Distributed Systems Annex
applicative personality (CORBA users are not affected and don't need to
update the compiler).
