these flags are no longer advertised, so you should not use them

> iac -hc -rs -s -o ./idl/ ./server/core/idls/client_types.idl
> when using -hc option iac ignore -o option and create *hash.ad(s|b)

these two bugs are now corrected, please tell me whether this is OK  
for Windows, since I'm not using it
