Looks very good! Also, it's nice that the diff to HEAD is that small.

I think we can integrate it for the time being, although maybe in the
longer term it would be nice to reorganize the code to make it a bit
more general and abstract. Right now too many parts of the neutral layer
need to "know about" security.
