[gvd-users] 1.2.4: Help needed: Can not run it on Win98/Cygwin

The "standard" Windows error window pops-up, with the message, that
the program GVD failed while accessing memory page in module KERNEL32.DLL;
(i'm using localized version of Win98 and can not send the exact screenshot)
