[gvd-users] 1.2.4: Help needed: Can not run it on Win98/Cygwin

It would be interesting if someone could debug this or give more information.
Obviousely without more information, there isn't much to do.

So at least you can continue to use this version for now if you cannot find the
source of the problem.
