[gtkada] Request to publish repository again

Hi John,

thank you for the ping, and sorry about this! The reason is that we have switched from svn to git and we haven't yet transitioned the libre server. We are looking at solutions to solve this. 

In the meantime, I will manually put a tarball snapshot on the libre site to unblock you. It might take a couple of days, I'll let you know when it's up.
