[gtkada] question when migrating to Gtkada 3.x

I am not sure that users of the GPL version have access to the development version.
The svn accessible from libre.adacore.com is for GtkAda 2.x indeed.

The change for this patch is trivial and already sent by the initial submitter, so you
can simply do the same change on your local copy of GtkAda 3.x
