[gtkada] Patch: Use the correct Library_Name for libgnomeada.

Also applied that one, although I wonder whether we should not rename the 
library itself for consistency with the rest. We do not use it ourselves, so I 
do not have strong incentive to go one way or the other. The simplest was to 
apply your patch...
