[gtkada] Patch: Support the LDFLAGS convention

Here's a patch to add support for the LDFLAGS convention so that users who 
compile GtkAda can add any linker options they might need in their 
environment. I use this to make GtkAda honor Fedora's global linker options.

* src/Makefile.common.in, src/tools/Makefile.in (LDFLAGS):
Allow users to supply additional linker options in the variable LDFLAGS.
