Here's the directory variables patch minus the changes to the project files. It 
doesn't affect any relative paths.

* src/Makefile.common.in, src/tools/gtkada-config.in, projects/Makefile, 
projects/gtkada.pc.in, docs/gtkada_ug/Makefile.in, docs/gtkada_rm/Makefile.in, 
examples/Makefile, po/Makefile.in, xml/Makefile (prefix, exec_prefix, bindir, 
libdir, includedir, incdir, alidir, datadir, localedir, UG_dir, RM_dir, PATH): 
Move closer to compliance with the GNU standard for variables for installation 
directories, using Autoconf macros where possible, to allow installers to 
adapt the library to their file system layout.
