[gtkada] libgdk_pixbuf- 2.0-0.dll problem with linxtris

And this is still a big mess! What if there was a DLL into GTK/2.0/lib
that was not in /gtkada/bin ? This is just asking for troubles.

Do as I have advised, then we'll see...
