[gtkada] cygwin

hi :-)

i try to install gtkada on cygwin :

cvs -d :pserver:anoncvs at libre.act-europe.fr:/anoncvs login
cvs -d :pserver:anoncvs at libre.act-europe.fr:/anoncvs co GtkAda

then, seeing the INSTALL file,

cd GtkAda/src/
patch -p0 < ../contrib/gtkada-2.2-win32.diff
cd ..
setenv CC 'gcc-3.2 -mms-bitfields' ; ./configure --build=i386-pc-mingw32

and here i got
checking for C compiler default output... configure: error: C compiler 
cannot create executables

what's wrong ?
