[gtkada] Gtk.Extra.Plot_Canvas.Initialize

The plot and plot 3d tests in testgtk all generate an exception, PROGRAM_ERROR : EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION, in the initialize procedure.  It appears to be the actual call to internal (gtk_plot_canvas_new) that is causing the problem.  I've also noticed that plot realtime and selection also generate the exception.  I'm using 2.4.0.

Has anyone else seen this?
