[gtkada] Problem building examples with MSys/MinGW

As you can see, this error is (intentionally) ignored, so this is not the
cause of your problem apparently.

It may be the case that some of the tools you are using (e.g.
make ?) are not behaving as expected. It sounds like a msys issue rather
than a GtkAda issue though.
