[gtkada] Possible problem in Glib.Properties

For the bug I reported:

a testcase was written which shows it's not in gtk:

So I rewrote this case in Ada and it causes a segfault inside
the C routine. So I'm fairly convinced the bug is in GtkAda.
So here it's submitted, I failed to find it myself alas.
