[gtkada] Can not make GtkAda 2.2.1

I installed GCC/gnat 3.4.0 and I get exactly the same errors.  So I 
don't think it was a compiler version problem.  Where do I get the 
Creem gtk 2.4 patch?  It has been scrubbed from the list archive and I 
don't see a place on the GtkAda web site for this type of thing.
