[gtkada] Administrative: change of behavior of the list

For your information,

I've slightly changed the configuration of the gtkada list so that now
by default, the reply is no longer set to the list but to the
poster, as is common usage on most mailing lists.

So please be sure to do a "group reply", or "reply all" when answering
messages on this list, unless you indeed want to reply only to the original
poster.
