[gtkada] GtkAda-1.x not available any more?

The simplest is probably to get the GtkAda sources from the debian source
packages in this case.

Apparently the adapower mirror is not up to date, so you can actually
find previous versions there (but don't ask me for how long this will
be the case).

GtkAda 1.2.12 can also be downloaded directly from
http://libre.act-europe.fr/GtkAda/GtkAda-1.2.12.tgz
