[gtkada] redmond95.dll

Hello:
Ive been googling about on redmond95.dll and I've found a couple instances of people posing questions about the same problem I have but, unfortunatly no answers. 
Attempting to start my new installation of GVD under windows 98, I get the message "Unable to locate loadable module in module_path: "redmond95.dll"". Im sure its in the path. I even tried copying it to the windows/system directory.  No help. Whats wrong?
