[gtkada] Format differences between WinNT & WinXP

The GUI I'm developing looks fine on WinNT but when use
the same .glade file on WinXP, some things look 'different',
e.g. the text labels on notepads aren't in line (one is higher
than the others). Also, radio button controls aren't spaced
evenly anymore.

Is this 'normal' behaviour with Gtk/Glade between WinNT
and WinXP? Are there any 'fixes'?
