[gtkada] Problem with tooltips

It seems strange that this could happen, but GIMP
doesn't use this version of Gtk yet unfortunately.

I'd like to be able to use newer dll's too, because
of another bug which is solved now:
http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=118435

This causes sometimes dialogs to be stuck under
the main window. Very user unfriendly :-)
Only solution is to close the program.

So I'm desperate for updated dll's...

Does anyone have a libgdk-win32-2.0-0.dll older than
6-sep-2003 and newer than 5-may-2003 ???
