Well yes, but I think you can get into trouble with the licensing if you
*only* distribute the static binary. (There are some requriments).

I'm looking forward to getting a gnat compiler in the gcc which is up to
speed with Gnat 3.15p and then one can start expecting people to have
gnat on their computer[*] and one can more easily distribute libraries
etc...

[*] or can install it by a couple of mouse clicks.
