[gtkada] [ANNOUNCE] LinXtris 0.1a - A Tetris Clone

I used the -largs -s to create a
static binary:
"gnatmake -O2 -gnatp src/linxtris.adb
`gtkada-config --static` -bargs
-static -largs -s"
and it cut down the binary to less
than half the size!

It's better to distribute the game as
a static binary because it won't
depend on a specific version of Gnat
(3.14, 3.15, etc) and the user won't
need to install GtkAda.
