[gtkada] ANNOUNCE: GtkAda 2.2.0 release

Same here except mine are on the C drive.  Here is my path:

PATH=C:\GNAT\bin;C:\GNAT\lib;C:\GNAT\lib\win33;C:\WINNT2\system32;C:\WINNT2;C:\WINNT2\System32\Wbem;C:\GNAT\GTKADA-2.2.0\bin
