[gtkada] Administrative: cleaning up the list

Over the time, several email's have been bouncing, and have been
automatically disabled.

I am now doing some clean up and unsubscribing these email addresses.

If for some reason some of these email addresses are now valid again,
I apologize for the inconvenience, and suggest resubscribing.

I know that the people in question won't receive this email, but at least
this message will be recorded in our archives and can be consulted for
reference.
