[gtkada] New Fileselector

There will be a new file selector widget in Gtk+ 2.4, so you may want
to avoid the duplication of effort.

I would suggest you look instead at the current state of discussion/design
on this new widget, and if there are missing features compared to your
list of requirements, I'd suggest you send them to the gtk list, since
this is the good time for it, before the API is frozen.

There's also a nice file selection widget that will come with GPS, although
it is not fully stand alone right now.
