[gtkada] SVG

I once had a plan to write WebCGM and SVG widgets on my own.  Lacking time
and then enthusiasm I did not proceed very far.  A very basic CGM-parser is
all that I have now.

Thus, I'd be glad to find a SVG browser in Ada.
