I'm aware of that.  I asked about the license with regard to possibly
redistributing the file or creating a derivative work.  I thought it
would be good manners to check first.

Incidentally, as far as I'm aware, tools themselves can sometimes have
licensing implications. Kylix Open Edition requires programs complied
with it to be open source, the special edition of Aonix's ObjectAda
compiler may not be used for commercial purposes for example.
