It doesn't matter, since you are not linking your code against this tool, are
you ?
The license of GtkAda and GNAT comes from the fact that you include part of the
library in your executable (generic instantiation,...), and don't necessarily
want your code to be GPL as a result.
It doesn't apply to this tool
