[gtkada] Building GtkAda 2.0 on Windows?

It is extremely complex. The GtkAda team has worked on that (first, building
gtk+ 2.0), submitted a number of bug reports and patches to the gtk+
maintainers, but it still requires a system with a number of up-to-date tools
(I haven't worked on that, so cannot give more information).

The Ada part itself is of course the simplest.
