[gtkada] Patch for userguide and reference manual

Todays patches add dircategory and direntry lines for the gtkada
reference manual and user guide, allowing them to be added to the info
systems directories.

I've put them in the "User Interface Toolkit" section where GTK and
GDK are placed.
