[gtkada] Suggestion for revising example in gdk-color.ads

Thanks for this report.
Indeed, 255 was misleading (in fact, we probably wrote the example thinking
255 was the maximal value :-). This has now been changed in the development
version of GtkAda, which hopefully will make this package clearer.
