[gtkada] Some problems on Win98

Here's source code attached to demonstrate the Invalid_Field exception.

I wrote:

So far as I can see this cause is similar to what I reported earlier
about Grab_Focus: Glade puts this call to early in the code. It also
puts Grab_Default at the same place, so the widget may not have been
realized yet. I've put all Grab_Default calls lower by hand now.

Is there also a problem with tooltips that you know about? It only
seems to work for buttons, not menu items, and not text entries.
