[gtkada] .rc class names for tooltips, vbox, hbox and table

|    tooltips, vbox, hbox and table
| 
| and an example of how to apply them, I may be doing it wrong. I can correctl 
| apply class names for other widgets

the following line in the .rc file works well:

widget "gtk-tooltips*" style "xxx"
