Sounds like a refreshing problem that can easily be avoided if needed.

I couldn't reproduce any of your problems.

Gtk has been designed to handle the kind of problem you are referring to,
assuming that you use the right containers of course ;-)

So unless you are getting the same kind of problem in your application, I
don't think there is a real problem here. Of course fixing testgtk would
certainly be valuable, and could even be a good exercise for you ;-)

Click on the Help button if you are lost. The list demo works fine as far as
I can see.

If you are developping serious applications, I'd suggest that you get
support for GtkAda. This way you will get help on how to use GtkAda properly,
and you will also get fixes if/when you need them.
