[gtkada] Display problem with Set_Text for Gtk_Label

I note that Gdk.Threads.Init doesn't work with the Windows version. It
complains that PTHREAD.DLL is missing.  I had a similar problem (display
updating problems on Linux using tasks) and had to eliminate the tasking
to get a portable version.

This problem with display updates does not occur under Win98.
