[gtkada] Libart/GDK-Pixbuf build problems

In building GtkAda version 1.2.7, I have run into the following error
message:

I'd appreciate any help on why I am getting this error.

I am using Redhat-6.2 with the most updated helix-code rpms for gnome which
include gdk-pixbuf 0.8.0 libart 2.2.0 and gtk+ 1.2.7.
