Are you using letter or A4 format ?
If letter, I guess that might explain the problem.

Note that you can always regenerate the postscript files from sources by
doing make in the docs directory, the postscripts files are provided as
a convenience, and we cannot promise that they will print correctly on
any kind of printer.

However, if someone else has another suggestion, you are welcome.
