[gtkada] gnatmake.exe (?) missing in GtkAda-1.3.6 for Win32

Hmm..Maybe something in the documentation is not clear but if you are
getting GtkAda for win32 it
is assumed that you already have the GNAT Ada compiler installed and setup
properly. (Although if
the GtkAda group can somehow get a GUI builder, Gtk Binding and a complete
Ada compiler in the
tiny little self extracting archive I will forever be in awe of their
programming prowess)

 You should have a gnatmake in your Gnat installation directory under the
bin directory.
