[gtkada] gnatmake.exe (?) missing in GtkAda-1.3.6 for Win32

About your installation notes for GtkAda-1.3.6 for Win32 of your website
http://gtkada.eu.org/.

The install.bat says:
cd lib
gnatmake -c -O2 make
attrib +r *.ali
cd ..

However, there is no file "gnatmake" (.exe or .com or so) in
GtkAda-1.3.6\lib ?

Where can I obtain gnatmake.exe?
