The registry is only dangerous is the hands of one not trained in its mystic
arts.....

Besides, the registry settings that get changed are not OS, but rather GNAT
related.

I'll make sure that the tool can run with or with out the GUI. (the current
one has ot GUI and is run in my build scripts now).
